Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant - Bilingual (Mandarin) responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining a neat and inviting reception area; ensuring cleanliness and organization in the pantry and copy room.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Preparing Business Expense Applications upon receipt of invoices; ensuring timely payments.
- Providing administrative support to branch management including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements; preparing documents, reports, and presentations; coordinating meetings including room setup and minutes recording as needed, and more.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bilingual in Chinese, specifically Mandarin, is required.
