Pay Transparency Statement:
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Credit card management/billing/receipts
- Assist with event planning (ordering supplies, food, etc)
- Ordering office supplies
- Serve as receptionist – will be in charge of letting visitors into the building
- Check mail daily
- Contact for support employees (will help coordinate hotels)
- General office duties – point of contact for conference room reservation needs, vendor management with the Fresh Market (our vending machine provider)
