Administrative Assistant

American Surveying & Mapping (ASM) is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our staff as an Administrative Assistant position.

Responsibilities/Duties

Your main responsibility will be to check surveys for errors (you will be trained on it, no experience required), in addition you may also handle:

• Word processing and data entry
• Makes folders for new jobs
• Print and FedEx surveys
• Basic research items
• Performs basic clerical duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying and dispatching
• Serves as an information resource for employees on routine matters
• Completes routine correspondence and memorandum.
• Compiles files, maintains logs and schedules meetings
• Performs research, collection and analysis of data related to area of assignment.
• Coordinates and schedules appointments and may prepare daily agenda
• Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail and experienced working in a fast pace, high pressure environment. Real estate background is a plus, but not required. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, have some experience in customer service, be very organized and a quick learner. If this sounds like you, we'd love to have you join our team!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
