Administrative Assistant
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Type and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a personal assistant to the executive team, assisting with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized files and records, both physical and computerized.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
