Administrative Assistant

Bunting Bearings LLC, located in Holland, OH is currently looking for a qualified Administrative Assistant. This position plays a pivotal role in providing essential administrative support to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the office. This role involves various tasks that contribute to the overall organizational effectiveness and productivity. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication skills and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as Google Workspace, Publisher, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Prior successful experience in handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
