Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a company based in Burke, VA. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing general administrative support.
Pay Rate
$19-$21 depending on experience.

Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering phones and emails
- Filing
- Dispatching
- Processing mail and invoices
- All other related duties/assigned tasks
- Processing vendor paperwork
Administrative Assistant Qualifications and Requirements
- Willingness to take direction and learn from others
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Team player mentality
- Advanced telephone etiquette
- Excellent handwriting required
