The team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide them with administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who embraces technology
What you will do:
- Work to resolve customer complaints
- Place order for branch supplies and uniforms
- Review and respond to branch email inbox
- Answer phones to assist customers with questions
- Run daily reports and update branch numbers
- Assist with tracking of employee trainings
- Analyze cost saving opportunities and reduce operation and facility expenses.
- Collaborate with HR team on payroll and onboarding processes.
- Organized and coordinate location or regional events.
- Compliance in asset control through reporting, tracking, communications, and policy enforcement with Branch Management.
- Work overdue rentals and recovery of vehicles
Qualifications
About you:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must exhibit a high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of work matter
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
