RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data entry
- Generate reports using Spreadsheet , Excel and Word applications
- Issues and processes all PO requests for the Department
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multitask
- Solid ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while managing shifting internal expectations and priorities.
- Ability to work in a team environment along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or higher
- Two (2) years of relevant experience is required
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary applications (Excel , Word and Power point)
Preferred Skills
Having experience in Telecom Construction field is a plus
ADDITIONAL NOTES
A background check, including drug testing, is required for successful employment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
