Debbie's Staffing has an opportunity available for an Administrative Assistant
This is a temporary assignment!!
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday- Friday (No Weekends)
Pay: $16
Summary: The Administrative Assistant assists plant management with administrative tasks including some light housekeeping (dusting and vacuuming)
Essential Functions:
• Filing
• Answering phones
• Greeting visitors
Minimum Qualifications:
Some accounting knowledge is a plus!!
Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance!!
Must have professional and pleasant communication skills!!
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and E-mail) and other peripheral office equipment is a must!!
Must have resume with required qualifications and interview with the client.
