POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant works as a member of the Corporate Office team with the primary tasks of clerical duties. He/she provides administrative and clerical support to the Corporate Management team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for oversight of updating all organization policies and assuring all Manuals/Plans are updated annually. This position reports to the Executive Secretary.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Provides clerical support as needed to the Corporate Office while ensuring work is performed in a timely and accurate manner.

- Ensure and uphold the confidentially requirements of all corporate records and manage all daily tasks and activities consistent with HIPAA, state and federal laws and regulations.

- Establish a favorable working relationship with all staff members associated with the organization.
Leadership & Stewardship
- Uphold and consistently represent the values, mission, and policies of the organization at all times.
PRIMARY TASKS AND DUTIES
- Responsible for updating all organizational policies as required by working with committee members to review and update, type revisions and disseminate to staff and update on the intranet.
- Assuring organization Plans/Manuals, such as EOC, Infection Control, Emergency Management, Leadership Documents, PI Plan, Medication Management, etc., are updated annually or as stated in the Plan.
- Assure Clinical Practice Guidelines and Standing Orders are updated yearly.
- Assist with organization of Corporate Files
- Transcription and typing of all departmental meeting minutes.
- Supply back up to the Executive Secretary as needed
- Special projects as assigned by Corporate Executives.
- Additional clerical support as needed to the Corporate Office.
- Assist with front desk duties.
- All other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
· High school diploma or an Associated Degree from an accredited institution
Experience
· 5-10 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
· Strong computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
· Excellent customer service skills.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
