Administrative Assistant

We are looking to hire someone either part time or full time for between $25-30/hr. The job would entail various business administrative tasks such as filling out forms, filing paperwork, calling vendors, some very basic bookkeeping, etc. The job could be up to 90% remote so the person may not have to live in Kalispell, just within driving distance. We are offering flexible schedule, flexible hours, reimbursements for any travel incurred. We aren’t necessarily looking for any experience—just a good attitude, willingness to work hard, and alignment in values. Must have basic quickbooks knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
