Motivated, efficient Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a Flathead Valley leading HVAC contractor. We're growing and need talented people to add to our family!

• Customer service and relations
• Multi-line phone systems
• Office 365
• Organization and Adaptability

The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist role is crucial to our team. As the admin assistant your duties would include:

• Answering phone calls
• Checking Voicemail and returning calls
• Checking Mail
• Monitoring Social Media Accounts
• Scheduling Customers
• Cleaning and tidying of the front office

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
