- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

As a Senior Program Manager – Catalog, you will drive Amazon Business Catalog improvement initiatives to deliver a best in class customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
You are responsible for deeply understanding customer requirements, analyzing Amazon catalog data, identifying gaps, and executing a cross functional roadmap to enrich the selection catalog with business essential attributes. You will partner with Customer Experience, Selection, Retail Vendor Management, Sales, Data Science, and Tech teams and drive improvements across each area. You will define and implement new processes, unlock operational barriers, monitor key metrics for the program, manage daily/weekly performance, and work with all stakeholder teams to drive necessary action to achieve goals.

We are a team of builders who own AB Selection Strategy, Products, and Programs to deliver results for customers and support AB's most critical initiatives. We focus first on execution and building robust processes that inform product and features as we rapidly scale to AB's goals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
