SalaryWe are looking for a someone who is able to multi-task with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, scheduling appointments, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, candidates should be attentive while also having an eye for details. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Administrative Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Administrative Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. We are a small company and currently not offering health care benefits but as we grow we hope to in the future.
Base pay starts at $16 per hour. Adminstrative assistants can receive additional incentives for capturing new clients that call the office to be linked for mental health services we offer at Total Life Counseling Center. That can be another $1-$3.50 per hour. So hourly rate range can increase each pay period from $17-$19.50.
