Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth project management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team and project managers
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and project timelines
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems and document management
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors as needed
Assist with preparing and distributing project proposals, contracts, and invoices
Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
Perform general office tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Assist with marketing and social media efforts as directed
Other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the company
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience in a similar role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Experience in the construction or remodeling industry a plus, but not required
