Definition: To serve guests by providing them with a superior food product and quick, friendly and superior service.

Essential Job Qualifications:

1. Assemble menu items
2. Prepping all food items
3. Properly packaging all menu items
4. Portion control
5. Proper holding and storage of all foods
6. Taking out the trash
7. Assisting in front of House operations as necessary
8. Unpacking and storing incoming inventory orders
9. Reporting to management when equipment malfunctions
10. Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas
11. Cleaning and maintaining the equipment

****All kitchen staff must be eager to work, take pride in their work and have attention to detail. They must also have good common sense and be a team player in a fast paced environment.
