General:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of administrative tasks to assist in daily operations. This is an in-person salary position and we only offer full-time positions.
Please note: the work hours are between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Perform office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, preparing contracts, managing paperwork and processing documents.
- Assist with data processing and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage calendars and (re)schedule appointments.
- Coordinate, schedule and attend office meetings and client consultations.
- Provide administrative support to various office departments as needed.
- Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment such as printing.
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent calendar management skills to efficiently schedule appointments and meetings.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and ability to handle various administrative tasks.
- Customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to organize files and maintain an organized work environment.
