SalaryCrane and Rigging Co. looking for a motivated, organized and hard-working individual who has excellent communication skills and can prioritize daily tasks.
- Clerical work, phone and emails.
- Work with a schedule to book new work and move jobs around as needed, in a way that is going to maximize profit.
- Complete billing daily(using standard billing, or information found in quotes or subcontracts) using QuickBooks(will train).
- Secure appropriate permits for future crane and trucking moves(will train).
- Communicate with warehouse and yard personnel to ensure customer equipment is loaded for the next day's jobs, creating lists that will maximize productivity in the yard. Schedule proper equipment and manpower to load equipment.
- Schedule incoming deliveries and schedule proper equipment and manpower to off load. All receivables must be documented and inspected for damages. Notify customers when equipment is received.
- Dispatch employee’s daily, ensuring scope of work is detailed.
- Follow up on collections/accounts receivable.
- Address billing concerns.
- Complete IFTA & HUD reporting, and ensure all DOT files are in order(will train).
- Communicate with the mechanic to schedule repairs and manpower, and order and arrange pickup of parts.
- Monitor employee files (license, training etc.) to make sure they are current.
- Monitor and update all company equipment files(registrations, third party inspections, annual inspections, etc) and update. Schedule inspections.
- Log expenses for both credit cards and bills into a PO system.
- Quote work when needed(will train).
- Assist with lift plans(will train).
