Basic Description: The purpose of this position is to perform various clerical tasks, including preparing and processing a variety of data reports, forms, and correspondence and making survey calls.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with overflow work from Contract Administrator
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Assembles relevant data and compiles information as directed in excel
- May open and distribute mail
- Preforms administrative duties to support the VP of Estimating
- Performs all other duties as assigned, verbally or in written form
Qualifications/Required Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office e.g. excel, word, outlook, and teams
- Excellent customer service skills, dependability and consistency are essential
- Detail-oriented, conscientious individual with excellent documentation skills
- Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills are necessary
- Consistently meets deadlines, follows up, and effectively uses time
- Be a team player, customer-oriented and cool-tempered
Education: High School Diploma and 1 years of relevant experience
