Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: District Attorney’s Office, Marshall County
Courthouse, Madill, OK
Status: Full time
Closing: Open until filled
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Position Summary
Prepare and file criminal cases with the Court, Docket and calendar events, Answer phones and handle walk-in traffic as needed, Build files, correspond with law enforcement, and other state and local agencies, Pulling files for the weekly court dockets.
Education and Experience
High school graduate; work experience with dealing with the public, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hours of Work:
Working hours are 8:30 to 4:30 Monday thru Friday. During jury terms, may be required to work before or after normal working hours.
Required Skills
Ability to write and speak effectively, Computer skills, primarily MS Office including Word and Excel, and knowledge of office machines such as phone, copier/fax and printer, Knowledge of legal and juvenile terminology a plus, but not required, Professional dress and attitude required
