Will provide/ responsibilities:
-administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
-Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
-Use critical thinking to create schedules with optimal efficiency
-invoicing and clerical tasks such as submitting and reconciling expense reports
-communicating with employees about job details
-Organize daily tasks
-help with clerical business organization such as compiling receipts, aged receivables, and analyzing financial statistics
-Order office supplies
-errands
-Research information on new clients and aid in the organization and implementation of sales strategies and procedures
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in customer support, clerical work, order entry, front desk operations, administrative tasks, calendar management, typing, office management, and personal assistance. They should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others are essential.
Training pay starts at $17/ hr to move to $18/ hr after training. Training will be at a fixed location and after training will potentially be remote. There is room to grow with this company with more hours, responsibility, and pay in the future.
