Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am 5:00pm. Seasonal overtime.
Primary Job Function: This position will be responsible for assisting the management team with various administrative functions including scheduling of key employee meetings, maintaining & writing of process and procedures, managing social media accounts, maintaining owners schedule, data management, key report generation, implementation of key initiatives as directed, other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of two years administrative experience within an office
- Two years related experience managing an office or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to complete projects with minimal direction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to answer multi-line phones
- Ability to multi-task
- Self-starter
- Excellent verbal skills
- Energetic personality
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to logistically think through a complete process
