Administrative Assistant

This is a part-time position with hours during the time of Mon-Friday from 9-4:30pm.

This position starts at $18.00 an hour

There are 13 paid holidays and 8 paid days off earned per calendar year=

(4 work weeks and 2 day)

There is no health insurance.

Some of the details of what you will do are listed below.

Position will entail:

Assisting the clients with their needs

Posting ads

Working in Monday- You will be taught this program

Working in Word

Answering Phones

Calling Tenants or clients

Showing offices as needed

Sorting the mail and placing it in the mailboxes

Restocking coffee and water supplies

Restocking Paper in printer

Restocking toilet paper, paper towels, and soap in bathrooms

Wiping down counters and kitchen tables

Taking out the office kitchen and Tenants trash.

Changing Batteries

Filling out leases

Making Showing Packages

Posting to social media accounts

Job Type: Part-time
