Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and operational support to ensure efficient operations within the organization. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with management and staff to coordinate and execute various tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
- Work closely with Director of Fresh Manufacturing for customer needs, assisting with sales support
- Prepare and distribute communications, memos, and reports
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
- Pull reports and reconcile data in Produce Pro (ERP system)
- Assist Director of Fresh Manufacturing in day-to-day operations, as needed
- Provide support to other departments
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or office administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
