Job Summary: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our manufacturing operations by ensuring the smooth flow of administrative tasks and providing valuable assistance to our team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the manufacturing department, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Manage and maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Help with inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and information sharing.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
