Basic qualifications:
High School Diploma; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree a plus
2-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Strong technical skills and excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web-based programs
Previous experience supporting an individual, a team or project work.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the timely and accurate execution of the overall office administration duties for the Site Service Department for the Lubbock sites.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Supporting the Site Service department by completing requested tasks in an accurate, neat, professional and timely manner.
• Securing confidential information and maintaining confidentiality of that information.
• Participate in daily clerical assistance for the department which includes, maintaining and organizing files, mail, maintaining calendars, coordinating meetings and event as well as visitors/customers, etc.
• Maintain technical skills by attending classes and seminars.
• Make flight arrangements, hotel/car rental for department personnel.
• Participate in daily clerical assistance for department (mail, filing, expense reports, maintaining calendars, appointments, handling visitors/customers, etc).
• Manage office supplies inventory and ensure office equipment is maintained.
• Responsible for paying and reconciling Department invoices.
• Support the Site Service department at several sites, Lubbock.
• Creating Purchase Requisitions/Purchase orders. Managing PO’s and invoices being properly submitted for payment.
• Maintaining good site and vendor communication.
In order to be qualified for this role, the following is required:
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Prefer an AAS in Office Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related administrative experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, SAP
• Willingness and ability to acquire new software program and system skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
