The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, coordinating issues and inquiries, and responding to clients and employees.
Job Description:
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, record maintenance, filing, scanning, emailing, and matching receivable documents
- Validate and clarify invoice/payment information, research data discrepancies as needed, and provide solutions and/or alternative solutions
- Meet personal /team qualitative and quantitative targets

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
