Are you an enthusiastic and well-organized individual seeking an exciting chance to demonstrate your administrative prowess? If so, we are in search of a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Irvine, CA. This opportunity suits someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys juggling multiple tasks. You'll collaborate with a supportive team of professionals in a nurturing work environment. Your duties will include managing schedules, arranging appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling general administrative tasks. This is an on-site position in our Irvine, CA offices.

How you'll add value:

    • Manage the CEO and other executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Assist the Chief of Staff in managing executive meetings and preparing for strategic projects.
    • Assist with the preparation of meetings, including arranging conference rooms, coordinating catering, and preparing meeting materials.
    • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and initiatives.
    • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
    • Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and announcements.
    • Provide general administrative support to other departments.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

    • College degree preferred but not required.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
    • Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation

    • This position has a salary range of $24/hr - $36/hr and will be onsite in our Irvine, CA office. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
