Form of workWe are looking for an upbeat, dependable, and professional person to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This person will be responsible to help the office function day to day including the daily tasks of:
-Answering the phone and helping customers with any questions that they have
-Responding to our tenant leads and any questions they have on rental properties
-Billing receipts for credit cards, utility bills, vendor invoices, etc.
-Go through mail, disperse as needed
-Help back up the Property Managers and office as needed and any other assigned tasks
Our focus is on building relationships, not just tenants and toilets. We want to be the premier property management company and have great relationships with both our owners and tenants and the Administrative Assistant is the front line of communication with our Clients.

Benefits & Pay
Compensation for the Administrative Assistant position is a base pay of $30,000-$35,000 annually depending on experiance with Customer Service or Administrative assistant. There is a 90 day probationary period, if you move forward after that time you will receive 401K matching up to 5% and 10 days of PTO for the year pro=rated at that time of your 90 days. We do not currently have health benefits.
