What we need:

We're looking for a friendly, adaptable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate enjoys being the first voice or face greeting our customers and helping them find the help they need when they reach out. This individual will take pride in going the extra mile to support various departments of the branch where needed, thereby getting the chance to learn all about what we do, and maybe considering where they'd like their career with Les Olson IT to focus next.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Coordinate with service teams when customers need help getting their equipment up and running
  • Support the order processing team
  • Help schedule installations of new machines in customer offices
  • Print sales materials and contracts for account executives
  • Assist in planning and setting up for promotional events or all-hands meetings
  • Update customer contracts as needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

What you have:

  • 1+ years' experience in office administration
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using Salesforce or E-Automate a plus
  • Enjoys being part of a team environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service
  • Professional demeanor and friendly phone voice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time, in-person

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00 PM With opportunity for occasional overtime
