Experience answering phone calls/following up with clients.
Strong customer service setting, Ability to multi-task
Minimum of 1-year experience in an office setting preferred accounts experience.
Giving estimates for potential customers and following up
Emailing out estimate, invoices and payment receipts
Setting up new customer accounts
Scanning / filing documents, Data entry
Basic marketing on Google business page, yelp, social media accounts, etc will be helpful.
Provide general administrative support as requested
Willing to train the right candidate who shows eagerness to learn.
