This position is responsible to manage all aspect of good office management practices, with excellent verbal and written communication and presenting a professional image to all co-workers and guests.
Responsibilities:* Performing all other general office administrative duties.* Assisting the Operations Department and the Finance Department with all clerical duties.* Filing and record keeping.* Creating and preparing sales presentation packages* Ordering office supplies.* Receiving and distribution of mail.* Opening and closing the office.
Qualifications:* Have some college education* Must have a professional aptitude* Must be proficient in MS office suite
