We‘re now hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. Support Accounting Manager and Processes

Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections processing

Accounts Payable, check processing, and reconciliation

Service and Support contract setup and management

Manage communication including emails and phone calls

1-3 years clerical, secretarial, or office experience

Adaptable and willing to learn, we want you to ask questions!

Excellent written and interpersonal communication

Empathetic, engaging, and strong customer service

Ability to collaborate and work independently

Comfortable using and learning new technology

Creative problem solver with an ability to use sources to research

Exceptional time management and ability to stay organized and prioritize work

QuickBooks Desktop Pro

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Gmail

Data entry (avg 50 wpm)

ConnectWise (not required but a huge plus!)
