Volt is immediately hiring for an Admin Assistant in Fountain Valley, CA.

As an Admin Assistant you will:
- Perform clerical functions as necessary (filing, scanning, labeling, posting transactions, etc.)
- Data entry and documentation
- Working within Excel and Word
This is a full time, temporary assignment expected to last 5 months, possibly longer. It also offers a foot in the door of a top company know to hire our top talent. Hours are M-F from 8am – 5pm with the flexibility to work hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Only local candidates will be considered at this time.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1 – 2 years of administrative experience but will consider recent graduates looking to build their skills in a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency using MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all teams
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr
