Headquartered in Columbus, OH with a location coming soon in Dayton, OH and plans to expand into other cities and surrounding states, we're looking for driven candidates to join our team. With over 40+ years of combined experience in home improvement, you'll be learning from some of the best in the region on how to be successful in this industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Invoice Management: Generate and dispatch invoices with high accuracy and timeliness, ensuring they comprehensively represent our services and contractual terms.
Customer Communication: Act as the main liaison for customers on billing matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with utmost professionalism via phone and email.
Payment Processing & Account Reconciliation: Collaborate with the sales team and customers to expedite account closings, manage payments, and rectify any account discrepancies efficiently. Ensure meticulous application of incoming payments to their respective accounts.
Reporting and Analysis: Compile detailed Accounts Receivable reports to monitor profitability, account trends, and potential issues, providing a clear financial overview to management.
Profit Margin Oversight: Keep stringent tabs on job-specific profit margins, delivering insights that support strategic financial planning.
Compliance and Management Reporting: Vigilantly identify, address, and report any financial irregularities or concerns, ensuring adherence to established policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in Accounts Receivable or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, Excel, Quickbooks
- Exceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Acute attention to detail, prioritizing accuracy in a multifaceted role.
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously, demonstrating initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance are preferred.
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organized and efficient
- Able to coach yet be coachable
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- Capable of handling multiple projects / tasks at once

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
