This job opening presented by PMC Gage, Inc. is for an Accounts Receivable Associate. It will focus primarily on financial tasks, customer relations, accounting maintenance, and general corporate processes
Job Duties:
· Communicate with customers regarding status updates on payments and refunds, submission of weekly statements, and general collections activities.
· Balance Accounts Receivable General Ledgers.
· Document any discrepancies between customers’ system and PMC’s.
· Organize and maintain electronic financial filing system.
· Gather and submit required information for credit reference requests as well as submit and follow up on internal credit reference requests for new customers.
· To assist with General Administrative duties as needed as well as all aspects of corporate, financial, quality, and general operations.
Must possess a High School Diploma. Some College Education is preferred but not required, college with a focus on business/accounting/similar field is a plus.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills. Good Interpersonal and communication skills are required to liaise with department leaders, senior management, operations, and other finance function teams. Will be involved with multiple cross-departmental short- and long-term projects. Willingness to learn, gain inciteful skills and knowledge, and grow as a professional.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
