Must be able to successfully work from home during typical business hours (8AM-5PM) Monday through Friday. Must live in the Greater Cincinnati area and be able travel to Anderson Township for meetings and training. Occasional travel within Ohio for conferences, trainings, and meeting with clients.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, billing, business or related field is a must.

Job Purpose
Perform accurate, timely and efficient provider billing services for MBS clients. Provide support to the Director of Provider Services and CEO. We will train you!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Billing Specialist II is responsible for invoicing Medicaid waiver services claims for MBS clients; analyze data, send reports to clients, reconcile billing and resolve unpaid claims.
- Review claims/billing for accuracy.
- Reconcile billed claims to paid claims for clients, including errors and denied.
- Apply/import paid claims report to software.
- Analyze and send weekly, monthly and annual reports to clients per procedures.
- Research utilization and provide clients with information about under-utilization and over utilization.
- Work with clients to ensure all services provided are being billed and paid and providers are compliant.

Pay: $38,398.00 - $45,864.00 per year
