Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team!
AR Responsibilities:
- Receivables
- Create and Close Jobs
- Data Entry
- Create and Print Invoices
- Process Credit Card Payments
- Make New Job Folders for Production and Sales
- File All Job Folders
- Sales Tax Reporting & Filing -Monthly
General Responsibilities:
- Strong computer skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers & supervisors
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform miscellaneous clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, emailing, and telephone
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
- Proficient in ERP Accounting software
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Compensation & Benefits:
