Summary of Primary Functions:
The Accounts Receivable specialist responsible for billing and contract management. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to work between the contract management system and the software that drives billing.

Summary of Primary Functions:
The Accounts Receivable specialist responsible for billing and contract management. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to work between the contract management system and the software that drives billing.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Review executed contract agreements, input contracts into management system, and manage of outstanding customer AR balances.
- Process bills, assign customer IDs, send invoices, apply payments, and capture monthly usage.
- Review and reconcile data between CPQ and ERP.
- Preparing weekly reports on payment collections and AR Aging.
- Securely handle all customer data and payment information.
- Promptly identify overdue accounts and communicate status with leadership.
- Communicate with finance leadership as needed regarding overdue account statuses.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist in contract renewal process.
- Bachelor’s Degree within an Accounting Field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Must have NetSuite, Suitebilling, Salesforce Software and advanced Excel experience.
