Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for all Accounts Receivable activities to include preparation, review, and maintenance of records and providing support to customers.

Specific Job Function:

• Process Accounts Receivable transactions, including download sales orders from various platforms and post orders to the system
• Posting all cash receipts, discounts, allowances, price differences, returns and other chargebacks to customer accounts timely and accurately
• Prepare bank deposits
• Process Credit and Debit Memos
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging and follow up on any outstanding balances
• Collaborate with internal teams, including order department, customer service, marketing to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
• Research and process refunds, resolve payment discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 years’ experience in the field required.
• High degree of accuracy
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
