Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist

Responsibilities:

* Manage accounts payable and receivable functions with meticulous accuracy and attention to detail.

* Process invoices, payments, and payroll efficiently and according to company policies.

* Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

* Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support informed decision-making.

* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

* Maintain effective internal controls and data security measures.

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.

* Bachelor’s of Business Administration; Concentration in Accounting.

* Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with a positive and proactive attitude.
