Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Milwaukee, WI. This role plays a vital part in the accounting department and you will get to work Monday through Thursday with Fridays off! If you have at least two years of AR experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Create invoices, billing customers

• Analyze customer accounts in customer portals

• Daily cash applications

• Reconcile invoices and resolve short payments

Requirements:

• Two or more years of Accounts Receivable experience

• Detail oriented with good analysis abilities

• Higher education desired, but not required

• Comfortable working in accounting softwares
