Accounts Receivable Specialist (Hybrid)

Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturer in Hartford, WI with their search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a career, temp-to-hire, position offering a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite). Compensation is estimated at $24.00 - $26.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating invoices
• Applying and auditing payments
• Credit memos and adjustments
• Investigating and approving deductions
• Collections
• Account reconciliation

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 3+ years of prior Accounts Receivable (or relevant collections) experience required
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• ERP experience required
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Associates degree preferred

Pay: $24.00 - $26.50 per hour
