Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist works within the finance/accounting department at KAM Appliances to provide administrative and bookkeeping support, along with financial recordkeeping.

· Supports A/R for all departments with a focus on the service department

· Following up on all RMA’s

· Communicates with vendors and service representatives on a daily basis

· Communicates with the appliance buying group regarding credits and product return, and researches until resolution is reached

· Maintaining spiff billing on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis

· Researching and helping to resolve vendor accounts in collections

Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Candidate Requirements:

-Associates degree in accounting/finance needed, Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting a plus
-Demonstrate record of work success interacting directly with vendors and representatives
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Work schedule flexibility
- Advanced computer expertise preferred in accounting programs
