Accounts Receivable Specialist

An established and expanding custom home design-build company on Cape Cod, MA has an exceptional opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to establish themselves with a growing company offering the potential for future personal growth and opportunities.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Openminded and team oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proficient with QuickBooks (preferred)
• Previous A/R and Collections experience (preferred)
• Previous experience with Construction Billing (preferred)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer invoicing; prepare time and material invoices, change orders, contract billing
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues
• Assist in collections; review receivables, call customers and email reminders, coordinate with project managers and executive team
• Other projects as assigned by Controller and Accounts Receivable Supervisor
• Assist Accounts Receivable Supervisor in all other aspects of Accounts Receivables.
