"Accounts Receivable Manager / Bookkeeper"
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable department, including billing, cash receipts, credit analysis, and collections.
- Implement and maintain Accounts Receivable ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all phases of construction projects.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities, following up on outstanding balances and collection of payments.
- Process credit applications and set up new client accounts, including credit and reference checks.
- Prepare and present detailed reports regarding Accounts Receivable status, including aging reports, cash receipts summary, and KPIs.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure deadlines are met.
- Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile Accounts Receivable ledger to general ledger.
- Maintain accurate financial records and protect the company's value by keeping information confidential.
- Implement new procedures and processes to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO) and improve cash flow.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding outstanding issues or potential risk exposures.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to support overall department goals and objectives.
- Handle complex client billing issues and resolve disputes professionally.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
