We're seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead and streamline our billing and Accounts Receivable operations. Your mission is to ensure a smooth financial flow by overseeing reimbursement associates and optimizing processes. You will dive into existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and steer the course towards financial success. Operational Excellence:
- Lead the billing and collections department, ensuring seamless workflows.
- Mentor Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist Representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Cultivate collaboration, empowering your team with deep knowledge of insurance billing and collections expertise to reduce Accounts Receivable.
- Navigate and prioritize projects and tasks that enhance our financial performance.
- Conduct ongoing quality assessments of open Accounts Receivable.
- Provide regular updates on departmental goals.
- Collaborate with payers to resolve reimbursement issues.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and productivity.
- Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one sessions as needed.
- Demonstrate strong management and communication skills.
- Analyze problems, devise solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Possess a deep understanding of third-party health insurance reimbursement.
- Organize and prioritize work effectively, seeing tasks through to completion.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.

- Bring 3 years of management and leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least three years of experience in the healthcare field, strongly preferred.
- Associates degree in related field and at least five years' experience in the healthcare field, required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
