What We Need:
What You'll Do:
- Manage Network Digital Billing, payment application, collections, customer communication and experience
- Establish and maintain close working relationships between Billing, A/R, A/P, Network, Sales and Corporate
- Apply cash received against open A/R balances in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve discrepancies with internal Sales and external clients, provide account status and any required supporting documentation.
- Continually update A/R reports (aging, DSO calcs, etc.).
- Lead monthly A/R status & metrics to Senior Leadership
- Drive standardization, process improvements, efficiencies and policies for Cash Application, Collections & Billing
- Lead, develop, mentor, and motivate the Network AR teams through highly positive behaviors that embrace management’s objectives enabling the team to model behaviors
- Ad hoc Support as required
- Address Network Digital Billing escalations
- Manage individual and overall team performance
- Accountable for effective onboarding and training
- Partner with the Accounting ELT to drive organizational results
- Responsible for delivering digital billing, cash application and collections on time, with accuracy while proactively analyzing and solving issues as they arise
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business-related field
- 5 years of full A/R experience and customer management
- Outstanding people’s skills and aptitude to build strong relationships with the
Accounting
- A mindset that focuses on continuous improvement/process streamlining to help
- Excellent customer service skills and flexibility to bring desired results
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent judgement and problem-solving skills – strong ownership skills
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus +
- Shared Services experience desired
