Supervisor will coordinate with Candidate to determine daily hours worked Monday through Friday. The position requires the candidate to call or go onto the insurance company web portals to Follow Up and resolve claims not paid and/or call insurance companies and patients to collect balances due. Prefer working knowledge of claims processing, Explanation of Benefits, and understand insurance allowables and denials – but we are willing to train!
