$52,000 - $60,000 Annual: Exempt

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining and reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable
Posting and processing journal entries for business transactions
Analyzing and reconciling bank statements and general ledgers
Help with Financial tasks are e.g.:
Cash applications and collections
Preparing monthly reports, annual financial statements
Solid project accounting skills,
Cash management and banking knowledge.
Qualifications
3+ years of accounting a experience
2+ years working with QuickBooks, Pro-Desktop. Online QB experience would be helpful but not required
Good working knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent problem solving
Self-starter, fast-paced, organized, and able to work independently and directly with senior accountant
Associates in Accounting or equivalent degree
Compensation and Benefits
$52,000-$60,000 Annual: Exempt
Medical, Dental, Vision after 60 days of employment
